You record the episode.
We handle the post-production.
Send the raw file. That’s your whole job. It comes back cut, clipped, captioned and ready to post. The working day each episode used to cost you is yours again.
- Episode back in 72 hours, not next week
- Clips ready to post
- One editor every week who knows your show
Clips you stop for.
Under a minute each, cut straight from full episodes.
Now picture your podcast doing that.
Openings people
don’t skip.
The first twenty seconds decide if a stranger stays.
Here’s what we do with them.
Your part takes 30 seconds.
We do everything else.
STEP 01
Upload the raw
Drag the recording into your shared folder, or paste the Riverside link. Then close the laptop.
STEP 02
We cut the episode
Pacing tightened, filler and dead air gone, color and sound fixed. Your voice, minus the parts that lose people.
STEP 03
Clips, thumbs, captions
Your sharpest moments, pulled and cropped vertical, captioned in your style, plus A/B thumbnails for the episode.
STEP 04
Delivered, ready to post
Your episode back in 72 hours, full kit inside 5 business days, files named per platform.
The stuff that goes wrong in post.
Handled.
You’ve said at least one of these.
From your first upload, they’re ours.
Three ways to
work with us.
Just the clips, the whole episode, or the whole desk.
We’ll put a number on it on the call.
Clips
- 4 clips an episode, expertly chosen
- Vertical, captioned, ready to post
- Back in 72 hours
- Same editor, same look, every week
You publish. We clip.
Episode
- The full episode edit
- Cold open, we choose and cut it
- 5 clips an episode, expertly chosen
- 2 thumbnails an episode
- One review call a month
You record. We do the rest.
Desk
- Everything in Episode
- Title, description and chapters, written
- Episode trailer
- A clip cut for your guest to share
You record. That’s it.

Discovery call
A quick call about your show. What you publish, what it costs you every week, and what a month with us would take off your plate. A clear number at the end.
Fair questions.
About fifteen minutes an episode. You watch the cut, leave a few timestamped notes if something bugs you, and that’s it. The other eight hours are ours.
It should feel more like your show, not less. Episode one is where we learn it: your pace, your fonts, what you’d never cut. After that it’s your show, minus the bits your listeners would have skipped anyway.
Tell us where. Drop your notes on the timeline and the same person who cut it fixes it. Two rounds per episode, and honestly, most fixes take one.
Not much. Riverside, Zoom, a camera, a phone on a tripod, whatever you already use. Separate tracks help. If you don’t have them, we work with what’s there.
No, and that’s on purpose. Everything comes back ready to upload and you hit publish. On the Desk plan the title, description and chapters come with it, so posting is a copy and paste. We never ask for a password.
72 hours after your files land, same as every episode after it. Clips and thumbnails follow within five business days. The first one gets a little extra care because we’re building your look, but the clock is the same.
Your whole post-production,
off your plate.
Record the next one. Everything after that is our problem.
